Once payment has been made you will receive a notification email confirming your order. Goods that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 working days via the selected delivery method. Orders placed before 11am will qualify for same working day dispatch. Once goods have been dispatched you will receive a DHL tracking number.

Please note, it is YOUR responsibility to pay any Duties & Taxes that may occur and it is not included in the delivery charge. Any orders that are returned to us due to any Duties & Taxes not being paid will be subject to admin fees which will be deducted from your final refund. The original delivery charge will NOT be refunded.
Our products are packaged in 3 different formats which is dependent upon weight/bulk density of the product.
Small Quantities (10g to 2kg)
Small items are packed in branded stand up foil pouches which are made from three layers with a pharmaceutical grade internal foil liner, have increased UV protection, are double heat sealed, have higher level of air tightness, are more moisture resistant, less prone to crumpling and have less impact on the environment. These are then shipped in envelopes or cardboard boxes depending on size.
Large Quantities (over 2kg)
Large items are packed in clear, polythene bags, which are sealed with cable ties and then shipped in cardboard boxes. Please note, some items will be packed into clear, polythene bags when weighing 2kg or under due to powder density.
Capsules (100 - 1000)
Capsules are packed in clear polythene re-sealable bags and shipped in envelopes/cardboard boxes.
