This is an autographed, hardcover over-sized book called, "Alive with The Dead or A Fly on the Wall with a Camera."   It contains great behind the scenes photographs by the author Susana Millman.   The foreward is by Mickey Hart.  The notes are by Dennis McNally.
This is the 1st printing slipcase edition that was limited to 1000 copies.
The book measures 9 inches by 12 inches and is 256 pages long.
The book is signed on the title page by Susana Millman.   The autograph is personalized with a message "Keep On Rockin' In The Free World."   It is dated 11/10/16.
The slipcase cover shows some very slight wear, not too much.   I would still rate it excellent.   The book itself is in LIKE NEW condition.
