    Description

    Up for bid is an antique wooden box with a paper label for NATIONAL BISCUIT COMPANY.   The label also says "SHELL OYSTERS".  The opposite end of the box is stamped "MC. G. & W. PIERSON IA."  Someone made a top for it and it is carved "G.M. F. I. JAN. 31 1911." So I am dating this box to about 1910 or so.  I consider it to be in very good condition for its age.  It is 21 1/2" long, 13 3/4" wide and 13" tall plus a 1/2" for the lid.  A great old piece of history for Nabisco.  Shipping in the continental U.S. only for .
