Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If we decide to ship International, customers are responsible for taxes, duties and/or custom fees if applicable (please send us a message with the full address for a quote). Terms of Sale
We have a 7 day, NO HASSLE return policy. If an item is damaged during shipment, the liability rests with the shipping company to resolve the issue through their insurance claims department and is not our responsibility to replace or refund those items in question. We strongly recommend shipping insurance on all items. We will gladly assist you throughout the claims process under the unfortunate circumstance of a damaged shipment.
