Ace !!!  Hah !  " The Golden Road " was published all the way until 1993 ( founded in 1984 ) - and this relatively-early Issue # 9 here is without any-question one of " The " Most-Awesome ! Issues of the entire " Golden Road " Magazine ( Fanzine ! ) Issues to read, own ... & Collect !  As the Photos & Articles inside, are equally-cool to the Incredibly ' Artistic ' Skeleton Moon Cover Art !  This Issue is simply Loaded ! with all-kinds of Grate ! Stuff ... the Incredible ! Weir Interview ! ... and an equally Cool ! Interview with G.D. Concert Lighting Boss Candace Brightman ... simply titled " Candace " ! ... New Years 1985-1986 Show Reviews & Set lists ! ... and a Really-Really Neat ! write-up by Stu Nixon of Dead Base fame - titled " My Favorite Year " - where Stu reviews & ' rates ' the 1985 Touring-Year Grateful Dead Shows !!!  And, if you dig your '85 " Twenty-Years-So-Far " Grateful Dead as much as I do ... then You are in for a Treat !  Excellent !!!  Wow ... right ?!  I mean seriously, my fellow Dead Fans ... as let's be blunt here, in the Winter of '86 - could any good Deadhead even ask for any-more than This ?  What a Rad Issue !!  Extremely-Impressive, as " The Golden Road " did indeed go way-way beyond the Dead Fan " call of duty " here in Issue # 9 ... in the Early-Winter of 1986 ! - as Hey Now !!! ... they just had to live up to Way-Cool Cover ! ... and to the Powerhouse Live Shows of 1985 & 1986 Good Ol' Mid-'80's ! Grateful Dead !!!  Beyond-memorable G.D. Events from Three-Decades Ago ! ... and you still ! can't help but getting  Completely-Excited ! & Smiling !! while reading ' All ' of This !  I mean this was-indeed such a beyond vitally-important & critical-time in the 30-Year Touring Timeline of The Grateful Dead !!!  As this was still even ' prior ' to Garcia's near-death coma experience just shortly around the corner in July of '86.  They sure don't make'em them like this anymore - over 40-Pages ! of G.D. Vital-Info !! & Deadhead Bliss !!! ... and, all in just one seriously-collectible Issue -- Issue # 9 !  Outstanding !! - for sure ...  Enjoy !!!!!!!
Item Condition :
This Golden Road Magazine ( Issue 9 / 1986 Winter ) is in Very Good condition.  There is some light surface wear on the cover, corners & inside pages - including indentations.  There are some ' standard ' stray ink marks throughout the cover back, from the printing & distribution process ... and the Front Cover itself is solid Very Good condition (please see photos).  All inside pages are also in Very Good condition, with light indentations - but no serious condition issues to mention.  As shown in the photos provided, this is a very-rare Issue of this 1986 Winter " The Golden Road " - Amazing ! Bob Weir & Candace Brightman Interviews.  Light-medium signs of wear & use only, and careful ' collected ' in protective plastic for decades.  Please see all photos provided.  Photos included are of the actual item you will receive.  The Golden Road ! - 1986 Winter / Issue 9 Edition !! --
