LOETZ Iridescent Oil Spot Papillion Glass Art Nouveau Bohemian Bowl 1900s
We are pleased to offer this lovely antique Art Nouveau bowl manufactured by the Loetz Glass Company in Austria circa 1900s. This
Papillion
green bowl has a folded rim with four points - one on each corner. It features a shimmering oil-spot surface that, when held to the light and moved around, changes colors adding iridescent violet and indigo highlight - like oil on water.
It measures 6-1/2" in diameter and stands 3-1/2" tall. It is in beautiful vintage condition with no nicks, chips or cracks. Please enlarge and look at photos as they are part of the description.
