    Description

    Vintage IXEL Made in Mexico.  This is a magnificent example of the artisans of colonial Mexico.  The collar measures 6.25" long and 6" wide.  The earrings (pierced) are 2" long.
    Both collar and earrings are silver toned in color with beautiful micro welding design on the sides and center.  These pieces are highly polished and shows a rich luster.
    This item is stamped IXEL and comes from colonial Mexico from San Miguel de Allende.
    This piece is a magnificent example of Mexican artisans carefully crafting a beautiful necklace utilizing primarily rose brass alloy; this process involves micro-welding,
    oxidizing, polishing, and generous lacquering to preserve the rich luster.
