Description
This is a lot of 3 Vintage Recipe Booklets. First is from “General Electric”, titled “Frozen Foods, how to prepare, package, freez, thaw and Cook”. I’m glad I live in more “modern” times as the directions for freezing chickens, rabbits & even fish sound a bit medieval! Maybe it’s me, but I’m not used to seeing the words “skin, behead and eviscerate” in a recipe booklet! It is a 30 page booklet filled with instruction, tips advertising and recipes. Next is a 47 page booklet from “ Leonard Electric Refrigerator” titled “Recipes the Modern Way”. 47 pages of recipes and an advertising card for Leonard Cleaning Polish! Last is a little 12 page booklet from the “Coolerator” with Tips, instructions and tips and recipes suitable for your new “Icy-Chef”!” All pieces measuring no more than 9” x 6”. Condition is good Used with only minimal issues including taring, tanning, staining, chipping, creasing and wear. Please see photos for the best idea of condition. Shipped with USPS First Class.
