Vintage Pull Behind Lawnmower Garden Disk Plow Cultivator Unbranded Homemade?

Here's a vintage pull behind lawnmower garden disk.  I don't see any markings on it.  I'm not sure if it's homemade or not.
It's about 3 feet wide.
It roughly weighs about 60 pounds or so.
The disks are about 11" in diameter.
At the front of the bracket the tongue is about 20-1/2" long.
The rods on both sides of the tongue are about 9" or so each.
Both sets of the disks move freely.
There's 2 disks that I see that are bent a little.  On picture 1, from the right the 3rd & 4th disks are bent a little.  The 3rd one rubs on the bar some.  It barley skims it.
With the tongue laying flat it's about 12" or so off the ground.
All I did was hose this off.  There isn't any weak spots at all on this.
Use this for what it's for or use it for yard art with flowers here and there around it.
It's in nice used condition.
